All of our services—including personal website design, social media optimization, blog content, eBook creation, and digital branding—are delivered virtually. There is no physical shipment involved.
Deliverables will be sent via:
- Email (PDFs, links, reports, etc.)
- Secure file-sharing platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Website/live platform access
- Direct message or dashboard if applicable
2. Estimated Delivery Timeline
The standard delivery timeframe is:

This applies from the date we receive:
- Full payment
- Required content and input from the client (e.g., profile details, preferences, social links, etc.)
Complex or custom orders may require more time, and we will communicate this during onboarding.
3. Communication During Delivery
You will receive timely updates on the progress of your order through:
- Email communication
- Live chat (for real-time assistance)
- Status updates during revision or publishing stages
We are available for clarification, input requests, and status checks during our working hours, Monday to Saturday.
4. Delays Caused by Client
Delays may occur if:
- You fail to provide necessary information in a timely manner

In such cases, delivery time will be extended accordingly, and we are not liable for missed timelines.
5. Urgent or Priority Delivery

6. Revisions Timeline
All plans include unlimited revisions, which will be completed within 2–5 business days per round, depending on the complexity of the request.
7. Completion and Handover
Once your project is complete and approved, final deliverables will be shared in downloadable or accessible formats (PDF, .zip, WordPress login, etc.). You may request a final backup file at no extra cost.
