1. No Refunds on Digital Services
All services offered on this website—including personal websites, social media optimization, blog content, eBook design, and other branding deliverables—are custom-created for each client. Therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once work has begun on your project, we cannot offer refunds for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Unused service time
- Delays caused by lack of communication or required input from the client
- Service not meeting subjective expectations after approval
2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
To ensure your satisfaction, all plans include:
- Unlimited revisions (within the agreed service scope)
- Direct communication with our team via email or live chat
- Ongoing adjustments until your final approval is given (within your active plan duration)
We aim to deliver work that aligns with your goals and brand vision.
3. Subscription Cancellation
If you are on a monthly subscription plan, you can cancel it at any time before the next billing cycle. You will continue to receive services until the end of the current period.
No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle.
To cancel your plan, please email us at order@personalbrandsolutions.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
4. Delivery Timeline and Expectations
Our typical delivery timeframe is 7 to 14 business days. However, this may vary depending on:

- Plan type
- Timeliness of your responses and required content/input
We will always strive to meet agreed deadlines and will communicate delays clearly when needed.
5. Exceptions
